USTA Free Tennis Play Days are an exciting opportunity to expose thousands of children and families to tennis. In addition to being fun and engaging for families, tennis is a great physical activity that encourages a healthy lifestyle.
TENNIS PLAY DAYS are open to the public with an emphasis placed on family participation, effort and sportsmanship. Children are placed on evenly balanced teams for skills and game challenges. Refreshments will be served. Racquets and balls will be provided, though children are encouraged to bring their own racquets. Everyone should wear athletic shoes/ sneakers. We need volunteers to play along with the children, assist with scoring and rules for the younger children, or help run skills contests.
