To enroll for a league, click the name of the league below. We accept new players throughout the season and prorate fees. Contact us if you’d like to join late or propose a different NTRP level.

Guidelines for Enrolling in Adult Leagues

You must log in and pay your Lee CTA membership before enrolling to receive the member discount.
Know your NTRP rating before signing up. Ratings like 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 reflect league levels.
If you want to be a substitute, register on the site, pay the membership fee, then enroll in the league and write “SUB” in the comments. Choose “Mail-In Payment” to waive the league fee.
